This policy explains how shipping, delivery, returns, and exchanges work when you shop with Night in Lagos (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Shipping Within South Africa

Night in Lagos delivers orders within South Africa using reliable third-party courier services.

Shipping costs are as follows:

  • Free delivery to major cities in South Africa for orders over R899

  • Cape Town: R65

  • Rest of South Africa: R105

Additional surcharges may apply for deliveries to rural or remote areas. Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to process and dispatch orders within three (3) business days after payment is received.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Cape Town: as fast as 24 hours

  • National deliveries: as fast as 48 hours

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or location. While not guaranteed, we aim to deliver all orders within seven (7) days of dispatch.

Returns Policy

We offer a five (5) day return window, meaning you have five days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received

  • All original tags must still be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges and Refunds

If you ordered the incorrect size, you may request an exchange for the correct size, subject to availability.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing

  • Refunds are issued only in rare cases where an item is confirmed to be faulty or defective

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection once received
